How does the social media management service work?
First I need to get to know you and your business. Who are you, what do you do and why do you do it?
Then I will create a social media strategy. Who is your target audience? Who are your competitors? What are your goals? What, when and where are we going to share? And much more.
Why? Because only with a plan we can execute. Only with a plan we can measure results.
Ever felt like you’re just posting for the sake of posting? Ever felt like your posts don’t generate what you expected from it? Well, what was your plan? What was your goal? Your expectation?
Based on this strategy, I will share a monthly plan with you at the end of each month. This social media plan contains the posts for the following month. You can then read through them and give suggestions for changes wherever you think they’re needed. Yes, that’s correct, you have your say! Because it’s your business, your baby. So we will closely work together in order to build the online story as you want it to be.
I then will make sure that all the posts are planned correctly on the right platforms. And I will engage with the target audience that interacts with the posts.
At the beginning of the next month you’ll receive a report analyising the results of the posts. Based on this report we can draw learning points for the following months and our strategy.
